1. The Eagle desires the eaglets to be able to fly with its wings.
•
So the eaglets that are maturing will be encouraged to learn to fly with its wings so they can experience the glory of GOD.
•
For those eaglets which are not willing to learn to fly, will be forced to fly with its wings, to the extent of pushing them out so they have no choice but learning to fly.
•
GOD also desires each one of us to learn to step higher so we can experience the glory of GOD in our life !!!2. The Powerful Eagle’s Wings
•
The Facts of Eagle
There are 60 variants of Eagle.
There is a variant which is as big as Dove
There is a variant with more than 1 meter height
There is a variant with weight up to 8 kg:
•
The Eagle’s Wings
Some eagle has its wings spread up to 2.5 m.
Flying with body weight of 5 kg => becomes as light as feather
•
Its flying ability
Eagle does not always need to move its wings but it can just soar => to save energy
So it can fly as far as 4.000 mile / 6.400 km non stop. [ from Asia => Africa]
It can soar 200 mile / 320 km a day
It can fly with speed around 120-150 mile / per hour= 190- 240 km per hour !!!
It can fly very high ( as high as 2.000 – 3.000km) 3. Why the eagle can fly in such amazing way ?
•
Because the eagle recognizes and follows the flow of the wind, so the eagle can make use of the extra ordinary power of the wind.
•
The wind has an extra ordinary power. For example : the storm
•
One of the main key Eagle can fly amazingly is the wind. If the eagle does not understand and does not follow the movement / the flow of the wind then even it is given by GOD such extraordinary wings, it won’t be able to fly in such amazing way !!! Only because the eagle understand and follow the flow of the wind then the eagle can fly in such amazing way using the extra ordinary power of the wind. For the eagle when the wind blows is the opportunity to fly up high, and this is different with the sparrow or chicken !!
4. Flying as an eagle talks about moving in the power of the Holy Spirit.
•
The Holy Spirit is illustrated as the wind ( Ezekiel 37:9, John 3:8, Acts 2 : 1-2)
If we are able to identify the way the Holy Spirit works then we can follow and move with the unlimited power of the Holy Spirit !!
•
How we can understand and follow and move with the unlimited power of the Holy Spirit ?
That is by waiting upon the LORD ( Isaiah 40: 31)
In the Hebrew is called "QAVAH" which means : to long for To expect, to believe in, to depend on, to wait upon patiently, to be together, to follow/ to obey continuously. So GOD will be pleased and works in even greater things !
When we can QAVAH then we will receive Wisdom and Anointing from the Holy Spirit, so we can move in the unlimited power of the Holy Spirit and fly high like the eagle .
Defeat the attraction of the secular world
Lift up burden in our life and in others
To fly up high
To move very fast
•
The Holy Spirit is very important for our spiritual life
Just as we can not live without the air, and so is our spiritual life will not be able to live without the Holy Spirit !!
Just as our body needs the air so is our spirit needs the Holy Spirit !!
So just like the Eagle that always heeds and follows the wind so we must also always heeds and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the whole aspects of our life.
•
GOD wants us to move with the unlimited power of the Holy Spirit .
If we move with our own abilities then we are very weal and limited, so we cannot glorify the LORD,
However if we move with the abilities of the Holy Spirit then we can be very strong and can do unlimited things so we can glorify The LORD (Zechariah 4 : 6-9)
Because of this QAVAH, has made our Church to receive Wisdom and Anointing of the Holy Spirit so Our Church moves in the power of the Holy Spirit and keeps on flying up high as the Eagle.
Every member who also QAVAH will also receive wisdom and anointing from the Holy Spirit, so he can Move in the power of the Holy spirit and fly up high as the Eagle!!
Let’s be like the eagle that move with the wind of the Holy Spirit so we will be strong and are able to do unlimited things and glorify the LORD!
